Hey everyone! I decided to finally start venturing into some customs. Nothing really final yet, I have no heads yet so im just messing around with changing up gear on the one available body I have (knockoff narrow-shoulder). Anyways here's some stuff I came up with to build on. Sorry about the pic quality, my phone usually does a good job, but my lighting situation right now is killing me

Custom Blade- this is going to hopefully go on a Kaustik AA body, need to get the glaives and sword yet. Pants are placeholder until the other pair arrive, also thinking maybe some kind of vest rather than the turtleneck?

Custom Punisher- pretty much how I think the final look will be. May do the skull on a plain body armor vest rather than right on the shirt but i can't decide if I wanna go short sleeve, long sleeve, or sleeveless.

Random post-apoc/zombie survivor- just threw this together for fun, obviously way too clean looking but I didn't wanna dirty anything up unecessarily.

Damn flash made that backpack and canteen pouch look terrible

Flash can be a killer, it almost looked like they were wearing mesh shirts. It's just the lighting though. They do look really good though, very well put together. Nice job, dude.

Thank you sir! Yea the black shirt is very sheer, so it shows through pretty bad with the flash. They don't look as good in pictures in general, the figures look much better in person. I think that's with any figure though lol.
I'm really liking the harness on Blade, and the strap across the back is perfect for the sword scabbard. I think I'm just gonna use the head that comes with the kaustik body, maybe darken the hair and facial hair a bit and throw sunglasses on it. Maybe make some custom UV grenades or serum vials or something. Don't think I'll give him any guns just yet, I was never a fan of the Blade movie guns, except for the E-Pistol.

Punisher, idk, I'm sort of undecided from the waist up. I'm thinking either the way he is now, short sleeves, or no sleeves with just a body armor vest (Thomas Jane style). I don't want to make any particular version of any of the characters, just kinda mixing things up and adding a bit of my own vision I guess.

I also have 2 zombie heads I'm waiting to do something with, need to get two slim bodies for those.

Here's a little update on my Blade figure. Picked up a Kaustic KPO3C body and, as i had hoped, the headsculpt actually looks the part after adding some sunglasses. Not sure I'm liking the shirt, and it was a real chore to get the shirt on :/
I also bought black "action pose" tactical boots but while I thought I'd get one regular boot and one bent, they were both bent so they're kind of useless at the moment. Wondering if maybe I can heat one up and bend it straight? Seems possible just bending it in hand, so some heat may do it. Haven't picked up the sword and glaives yet, but hopefully soon.

Small update on my customs...

Picked up this vest for Punisher.

Finally got some weapons and boots for Blade! Ankles were a little loose in the boot, and this Kaustic body is pretty heavy so I needed some bluetack in the boot socket. Weapons are from the Hot Toys set. Now I need a sword!

Nice idea with the zombie survivor, I can't get my heads on a Rick Grimes HS, painted, so I think I might go your route

Also, are the Iminime Town Sheriffs all sold out? Are they even released? I noticed that there are no 1/6 walking dead figure threads and finally found out why.

Surely we can still talk about the right??

Thanks. I wouldn't mind doing the Walking Dead figures but I have a lot going on right now to be hunting for heads and clothing. So I just threw that together, I'd like to get a 1/6 head of myself made so I can make the survivor me!

Got a bunch of loose parts and decided to try a different pair of pants on Blade. Originally got these for Punisher but I'm swapping parts out to see what look I like best. Let me know what you guys think!

Buckle on the upper belt broke, so I have punishers belt standing in until I get a new one with the same buckle. Also painted some of the buckles silver, just the faces of the buckles, which gives it a cool look and they really pop out and give him more of a blade look IMO. Let me know what you guys think.
