Which is why there are forums to display customs (Where they can be critiqued, not assaulted though unfortunately that happens) but if you try and sell you're work, you put yourself at the mercy of the buying public.
Plus its listed for $40 and look at some of the flack SSC has taken on some amazing figures priced at $50 and $60.
