Thanks Emma,
I'm not sure about casting anything else after Dredd. My 'interest' thread fell on its arse after selling two sets and two not being paid for. Maybe Im too expensive but the time required to make them and the cost of materials I'd be selling myself short if I reduced my prices.
Maybe things will change with practice but I just want to enjoy sculpting and hopefully help inspire people like yourself to do their own customs. I know thats why I come here, to be inspired.

how about printing the badge out at the scale you want , roll out some clay and flatten it. Then use a pin to go over the name onto the clay. Tidy this up with a scalpel or sculpting tool - voila !

That's kind of how I did the Dredd one. Though you have made it sound very easy. It took bloody ages!
