You know, I just remembered, this game is actually what made me a Bond fan. I'd never seen a Bond movie, and I was actually renting a different game, but Blockbuster had the games in the wrong box and I wound up with this one. I totally forgot about that...

I was always mad when my friend had the no.1 controller, and skipped the intro :lol

All I know is that there better be some Proximity mines in Blood Stone.... Or it's a fail. :lecture
 
Heh, I loved those proximity mines. I liked the remote ones even more though. I'd lay them early in the game then wait awhile and get involved in a chase and lead my opponent (my sister) through the room and set them off. :devil
 
I have always loved the james Bond games,bought every single one since Tomorrow Never Dies on PS1,a buddy of mine had N64 and Golden Eye so i took advantage of that :wink1:

The Bond games are always a fun ride so i will definitely buy this one too.
 
It's only 5 hours long? That sucks. What is it with all these short games?
 
That's true. I wish they would put more into it. I think games like Arkham Asylum really show that if you take the time games can be really great.

Bond games used to be pretty awesome, until From Russia with Love and Quantum of Solace came along...
 
I haven't played either of them but by the sounds of it last week Star Wars TFU2 was a pile of dung & now this - how the hell are these terrific licenses are being dealt with so poorly, I mean, come on people....... James Bond,Star Wars...........?????.
 
I own both this and TFU2, and I think it's the reviews that are being written so poorly, not the games being dealt with poorly. They're both a lot of fun and make you feel like you're the badass characters you're playing as. These critics have become a lot more jaded recently, and if a game is fun but doesn't add anything really new to the table they bash it.

Had it since yesterday now, really good game. The gameplay is a little easy and repetetive but it doesn't take away from how awesome everything else is! The locations are what have impressed me the most. The voice acting is top notch, the car sections are brilliant, usually in games which are mostly on foot shooters they are an afterthought. Driving the Aston Martins is great. The combat takedowns never fail to put a smile on my face :D they are brutal and really easy to pull off. There are also some uncharted style set pieces which I wasn't expecting that are really good. It's a really polished game. All in all, when the combat is in full flow in this game and you are kicking ass, it's one of the best games you can play.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Daniel Craig's James Bond is kick ass, he's definately my personal fav. incarnation(Now, if Hot Toys would make us a figure:pray: )
 
:duff Yep he's my favourite too, well joint top with Brosnan! I just wish QOS was on the same level as Casino Royale because that is a helluva film

I love this game!
