I’m starting to consider whether to get this piece or not. I’ve got the CW 1/4, but of course the arm is now different. But for that I’m already getting the 1/6 Hot Toys IW Bucky.... Do I need another Bucky?

Just saw this 5 day old post on their Facebook page

Iron Studios: “Hi, he can use it in his right or left arms, we produce the itens in 2018 before the movie launch and according to Marvel approval.”

Just thought it was interesting. The design and production window was longer than I thought it was. And probably means that as long as they get approval from Marvel, they’re less likely to make necessary changes for any inaccuracies.

Probably the same thing occurred with their CW 1/4 Black Panther whereby it was missing some of the silver accents on the mask and of which they refused to update even though the sculpt was already there and they had almost a year to do it.

I am getting most of the line but not all i have all the bold ordered except cap, spidey, thanos, and winter soldier. I am tossing up wether to get nebula and rescue which i probably will because i didn't buy the IW line. I may by baby groot from that line though.

Regarding the 1/10 scale, I personally disliked the IW Thor statue. Just didn’t like it for whatever reason, and I really wanted a IW Thor. But luckily the Hot Toys IW Thor is one of my favourite recent Hot Toy figures. Guess that will have to suffice for now.

That is my issue i wasn't happy with Thor in EG but the EG statue still looks good.

Your list is identical to mine, with the exception that I also ordered Nebula. I will have an Infinity War AND Endgame diorama, which is in direct contradiction to what I told myself when they first started announcing the Endgame statues. My original thought was to only get those characters that had different appearances in Endgame and do a big Endgame Diorama and a small Infinity War. Then I saw the awesome new sculpts and poses and am going all in. I'll probably get the villians as well once they're announced and maybe even a generic outrider on clearance at some point. Curse you, Iron Studios!

Felt that way about IW Strange - I have the HT Strange which I think is definitive. But picking up the EG strange as for me the dio base evokes the Cap "portal" scene which is my favorite in the film. Plus he does have the sword switchout.

WS is my fav MCU character and plus IMO this is the best 1/10 Bucky yet; looks like they upped the paint (not that the IW wasn't great). IMO just the 3 of Bucky/Cap/Falcon is a terrific little set-up. Plus he's *relatively* inexpensive. BUT I could see skipping him and some others, as they either don't get a lot of screen time, or like for me I'm not into Pepper or the girl power stuff.

Certainly does add up tho. Not getting everyone tho duplicating a few others like Cap, Bucky, Falcon and SW. IS is planning to release Thanos' children I believe, but will probably pass (except maybe Proxima). Hafta see about BW. Red Skull is a pass. And so on.

Right now waiting on SSC to put more up (thanks to them having some flexibility re payment). The scary one for me is waiting on Rocket and Iron Patriot $$$$$ plus I want Thor and that General Outrider. Basically except for HT Ronin and Bucky, these 1/10 pieces are my EG collection except the 1/4 Cap. Still, I think with HT prices these IS pieces are a better deal.

I'm passing on fat thor in 1/10 Gonna prob pick it up in 1/4 though. And yes, BW is confirmed for 1/10. Still in review by marvel along with red skull.

Pass on Thor. One small nitpick is how he is looking up. Will be hard to display up high (where most of my 1/10 statues are located).
