That will more than likely come with a suit kit etc just like the Daniel Craig sculpt Feng sold to TTL and then they made the Gestapo figure from it

Is it the same exact head? Is it a recast?

I would assume it would be the same head but mass produced by some company Feng sells it to, and mass painted as well.

The sculpt is likely to lose the finer detail in the mass production process, and the paint will never be of the same FENG hand painted quality.

On the upside you will get the full figure with clothes/body/accessories, but just a lower quality version of the head.

That's what I think it is likely to be.

Full figure with depletion in sculpt/paint quality.

Ltd head only with perfect casting and paint.
