Wow! I think the sculpt looks pretty darn good, especially with the molded hair. And BB-8?! Oh man... I may have to get her.

The sculpt is a passing resemblance but not bad. I really like BB-8. I'd be more inclined to order that separately. I'll have to consider this one but I just don't want to start down this path of HT Star Wars. My wallet can't take it.

Likeness looks great although you can argue that her eyes are throwing it off just a little bit. Some shots has her looking like a baby. Might be the souless looking pupils though.

They're offering two sets. One with Rey on her own and one with BB-8. LED eyes on BB-8 as well.

I like the texturing on the sculpt, especially the freckles around the forehead and around the nose. Makes it feel like her face is sunburnt. Definitely gives it the rugged youth presence.

Wonder why they opted for sculpted hair with her. She doesn't seem to have any style that would be hard to recreate with rooted hair. Whatever works though I guess.

My most anticipated Hot Toys release, and I love it! Looks stunning. Love the sculpt and the outfit, and I love the BB-8 combo pack. I also love the stand they provided for the combo pack, giving BB-8 a small patch of Jakku sand to sit on! Ordered as soon as the combo pack goes up!

That's all opinion. Go to any Hot Toys figure based off an actor, and after the reveal there are about 50+ pages of "That doesn't look like him/her, it looks more like *insert actor who the sculpt looks absolutely nothing like*" and you rinse and repeat that until the figure is released. I'm not saying Hot Toys always nails it, but a lot of people can't be pleased with anything short of the actual actor being shrunken down in front of their eyes, and even then there'd probably be issues found.

I'm all for rooted on figures with longer hair, but like Maria Hill, sculpted just works better for Rey -- especially with the masked option. Putting on her mask with rooted hair would just be a pain. Plus, there's no real reason to have rooted hair, as there's a MUCH greater chance of issues with shorter rooted hair than there is just making it sculpted.

Front angle looks good. 3/4 not so much. Accurate or not, forehead looks huge

Everything looks great but the sculpt. The eyes and cheek bones look wide to me. Its just weird looking.
