not that hard! sometimes theres a led thats a ***** to put in and it takes you a while but thats about it!

depends on the figure - for superman, none at all, for robocop, about 5 minutes worth, for the aliens marines, about 45 minutes worth!! but they are all snapkits, no gluing, or sanding.

They're really easy to assemble man, no worries. Just time consuming if you're big on detail.

I haven't had any QC issues with HT, even on the muscular body I bought loose for a custom figure.

Probably the biggest issue is weak ankle joints the Aliens Warrior... but thats a small issue compared to some that had broken ankles.
