The first of those 3 pictures looks great, cell phone cameras can be a bit hit & miss, it's all about light though I think..., most cell phones tend to make pictures look too dark.

I'm not an expert so couldn't give a recommendation, ordered a Canon EOS 1200D 18 Megapixel Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm DC Lens, don't know if it's any good but I shall find out soon enough.
