HOT TOYS diecast ironman 1/6th Iron Man MK7 / MK21. Any one has dismantled this unit before ?

Just curious if anyone has experience disassemble/dismantle the mark 21 and mark 7 because they are one of the same just with different paint work. I've looked high and low and couldn't find anything coming close. I would like to know how to take apart the lower legs down to the flappers. My mark 21 lower inner flaps are stuck half open and can not be fully closed flush and it bothers me to no end.
