I got it in hand today not a bad figure at all, I might pic up another one to make a custom Thunderbird "James Proudstar" color the hair black and face paint it correctly it might be the only think close enough to resemble him skin texture is awfully tan I might do a photo review if anyone is interested lmk

I have this pre-ordered. I actually ordered both the regular version and the exclusive version.
I'm positive that we will see a Wing figure announced this year. Hopefully with sculpted hair. Rooted hair would look stupid.

Body looks great for custom.
The hs would also make a Nice fist of the north star once modded.

Cool looking figure in my books, pretty happy with how his face turned out.

For those interested, things to note though....

Shoulder joints only allow arms to move outward 70 degrees from body;
Elbows bend at max 90 degrees;
Red belt on mine unraveled very easily, brown/black straps are very flimsy so handle with care;
3 extra studs are provided for brown/black straps (one of mine dropped off already but a little glue can fix that);
His armpit was stained by the black shirt after a awhile so again, pose with care to minimise rubbing.

Can't wait to check this out in person! I'll probably need to start reading the comics too. My only recollections of this franchise is through the comics and some of the novels.

Finally received this from the mail today. Awesome figure but how in the hell do you assemble that figure stand?! Seem to be having trouble with placing that tube to the diorama base.

This is an extremely beautiful figure. His face is much much better than promo shots (where he looks 100 year old man on his way to the grave) His arms/skin is very nice and detailed. I really love him.

The base is nice as well. Sorry for crap pics.

Been looking to see if i could find alternate clothing for Cloud. Apparently there are magnet pieces on his chest that were supposed to be his cape

Yes. It's been confirmed that Wind is in the works.

The alternate version of Cloud is a Jonesky limited exclusive(the publishing company that owns FungWan comics) limited 120 pieces I believe.
It was released around the same time as the regular version.

By any chance you can read Chinese megawarrior?
It was somewhere in January during the exhibition for the last issue of Wind & Cloud comic. A fan presented a gift to Wind & Cloud series creator/author Wing Shing, Ma and there was a card that came with a gift asking if there will be plans for a Wind figure to go with the Hot Toys Cloud. Ma said he had meetings with Hot Toys and it's been approved and ask fans to be patient.

I'm pretty sure there was a Q&A with Hot Toys around the same time that confirms the same answer.
