That sounds right...most Brazilian restaurants serve meat that way.....roasting up different cuts and then either bringing them to your table where they will cut off pieces for you or they will skewer them and serve them that way.

Brazilian steak houses are awesome. You're correct, meat on a stick.

There is a wooden thing on your table. One side of it is green, the other is red. The sides like rice and corn and salad you get at the buffet. You leave the green side of the wooden thing up on your table indicating you want a type of meat... they bring over different types every few minutes. Steak, lamb, chicken, sausage, pork...

...then, when you are full, you put the red side up.

Friggin awesome. We go to the one here, Malibu Grill.

Yep that's what I'm talking about. I looking online and the closest place to me is in Allentown about and hour and fifteen minutes away. A little to far just to drive to eat but I am interested.
