Thanks to all!
@Husker75
You mean, the MR One Ring has a battery for the glow? kewl! I thought, why hunting for the finger when I can get the whole hand!
Looks great! I got mine from someone off here not more than 3 months ago. Got myself the Gauntlet, Helm, and the MR One Ring. If you don't have it, I highly suggest it. It is beautiful, and the glow on that thing when you activate it is.. just amazing. And for 200 or under nowadays, it's a steal!
Great pics, and congrats again!
I'd love to get that Gauntlet one of these days...
I also hope and pray that United Cutlery someday releases a "Sword of Sauron". It was in the plan to do it a few years ago (it even got an item number) but they decided not to go through with it. As far as something to represent the spiky, twisted things that come out of Mordor, you can't get any better than that sword!
Whoa, thats way cool, but, did we ever see this in any versions of the film?
I've been hoping somebody (anybody!) would make a Sauron Mace, but it looks like I may have to just tackle that beast of a project myself one of these days...
Its crazy how much cool stuff there already is though for a character who literally had like 20 seconds of screen time in a 10 hour film series...
There's a video on YouTube titled, "A Brief History of LOTR Collectibles" that shows most of the current United Cutlery LOTR items plus additional items that UC has apparently considered in the past. The Mace of Sauron is included in that, complete with a display stand. The Sword of Sauron even has a plaque, sporting "The Eye" in the middle of it. Other items include the Sword of Eomer (Guthwine), The Dagger of Arwen, Dagger of Grima Wormtongue, Throwing Axe of Gimli, Sword of Denethor and Sword of Theodred (son of Theoden). No idea where the poster got the pics but they appear to have been taken by the same photographers who do UC's stuff.
Definitely AWESOME pieces! And I hear that person is a great seller and all around cool guy...
Thats a great helmet of sauron
What is the currect valeu of a helmet like that?
