i'd put this under my BEST night ever list, the U20 finals game.
i watched serbia beat brazil 2-1 with 2min left in extra time in the U20 finals.
managed to score a brazilian porn starlet for the night to close.

Sport is made of moments. In general, Brazil is still considered the best (the team that won most trophies), as well as being he most beautiful football that's practiced. But, I do not deceive me about it, because, the majority only remember who was champion of something (and not the way for this) and corruption is very big here, also in our league soccer, pratically bankrupt without investment.

When you enter in the field, between the 4 lines, there is no favorite, various sports have shown this. I could cite several cases...

Brazil in soccer, US in basketball, New Zealand in rugby, despite being the favorite, they had their moments of defeat. Brazil is good at other sports like volleyball and MMA, but people around don't remember or simply don't know. Although, soccer is the most popular sport in the world, so the focus is just on it. Or better, the world only know the Brazilian team, but do not know the clubs here. In addition to Pele which another classic player that people know? And look, who has many, only the team that I support here (Botafogo F.R.) is the club that most had players in the Brazil natinal football team and contributed to at least three World Cup titles (1958, 1964 and 1970). Garrincha, Nilton Santos, Jairzinho, Zagallo, Didi, Amarildo, Gerson, Carlos Alberto, all these have played in Botafogo.

Crows, I believe that many people must have cried yes, ahahah. It was not my case, I was laughing and commenting to friends on the internet. For me, if he wins, ok, good, but if it lose, lost, I think it's not a problem for me and it will not change anything in my life. And look that I love soccer!

franpincho I agree, but I think not only for the case to be playing badly, but people are "waking up" to reality. Football is not everything in our lifes! One of the biggest reasons for me don't mind, as I said, besides the lack of investment and corruption in soccer, it's to know that a football player who even investing much less than me in terms of study, earn a salary out of reality of than most brazilians and people around the world. Simple like that.

fosing, I also watched this game, ahaha. Besides, being at dawn here in Brazil, people didn't mind for this game, what matters for the brazilians is the World Cup. And Servia has an old tradition in soccer, so I'm not angry with that. As I said, I care more about my football team than the Brazilian national team.
