It appears that besides completely resculpting the hair, Feng has filled in and softened some of the wrinkles and changed the eyebrows. But he's kept the Medicom neck (the photo with full figure is the How2works body and clothes). I wish he'd lengthened the neck for a Hot Toys adapter.

I think he also changed the eyes, mouth and chin as well as that ugly how2work caterpillar mustache.
