Electric Tiki Inquiry

Hell, fellow freaks. I have a question for anyone "in the know". I have a few of the Electric Tiki statues. They were all purchased directly from either ET (when they were around) or Sideshow. Some characters were issued with paper "certificates of authenticity", but later entries i bought didn't have any, leading to the fairly safe assessment that they stopped making them as part of the package. perhaps as a money saving venture? Bottom line: is there a checklist anywhere that supplies information as to which editions included a paper certificate, and which ones had none? I know The Shadow didn't release with one (or mine didn't come with one), and I don't think Doc Savage did either. The Phantom DID, but he was an earlier offering.
