Departed Nicholson?

Did anyone ever do a head sculpt of Jack from the Departed? I have some low run Brothers Production-type figures with decent clothing & accessories, but the heads are too small.. Easy to find decent DiCaprio heads, but not this Jack - want to bash one with parts from the fig I have. Any help would be appreciated!

There's one on ebay right now for 12 bucks. Its not too bad with a fuller moustache and the right paint job it could work. Its only 12 dollars right?
