As opposed to casting say, Patrick Stewart or some other actor who looks the part of Mr. Freeze, and is a very good actor without a unique and instantly recognizable accent that always pegs Ah-nold as Ah-nold no matter what his character's name is?

Terminator, Predator, golden. You couldn't have picked a better actor than Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'll give you those. But you can't just throw him into any movie and say it's better for it.

"The odds of surviving in an asteroid field are--"

"NEVAH TELL ME DE ODDS."

Sure, that would have made the original Star Wars trilogy even greater hits than they already were.

NOTHING could have saved Batman and Robin. Arnold played his part just as well as George Clooney in his nipple batsuit. It was a God-awful film and no specific part of it made it 'better.'
