1/6 Commission DX12 eyelid mod?

Hi I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I'm interested in getting my DX12 eyelids painted but I just don't have the skills to do so. Is there anyone in the states who would feel comfortable doing this for me? I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount.
