It's not based on any one version in particular.

- Take the upper half from "Captain America: Reborn" #1
- Take the bottom half and gun from the 2nd pic, I don't remember the name of the limited series the art came from
- Add new boots
Mix them all together, new Cap PF with no 1 particular source.
