Buy returned damaged items?

Been Looking to buy a damaged the terminator premium statue for a custom project.
What does Sideshow do with their returns? The one they cant sell back.
Is it possible to buy parts, like clothes?
Probably not but could be cool if someone from sideshow could help.

I think damaged ones are used for replacement parts and to repair returned items to be resold.
