Basic Paint Colors?

One of my upcoming projects will require a little more work than my last one. The only colors I used for that were raw sienna and titanium white. Can anyone suggest basic colors I can mix to get colors I need?

(I'm a little wary of cadmium colors. You know, because of the cadmium. )

I'm painting a headsculpt: changing eye color, lip color. The eyes will be green/hazel and lips wll be a somewhat bright reddish brown.

I recommend doing a search for Dark_Artist threads. he has an awesome resource list for paints and colors and stuff.
