Well the first post was about how he has a bad habit of smoking and he asked if anyone has any tips to help with quitting.

If this is about bad habits in general, I think I might be addicted to the internet.

My bad habit is smoking cigarettes I started when I was 16 and tried to quit several times but it seems the cigarette always win anyone have any tips on how to quit

For one, you have to really WANT to quit first, then go get acupuncture. My dad and several people I know done it and never smoked again. It was only kinda hard for 3 days. Soon, you'll hate the smell of it.

Good luck!

A couple of guys I know had a hard time with painkillers from sports and work related injuries. Even after their pain subsided they still had to take it to feel "normal" again. One of them quit by tapering the pills little by little until he didn't need them anymore.

Overspending. Always being on the lookout for the next new toy to fill in the time between now and the more faroff toys, thereby not saving money.

Stockpiling porn. Both internet and paper. Its a space consumer on the hard drive and in the physical world.

I have a terrible habit of loving Chicago (the band) too much.
