Where did you get the shirt and vest for Inigo ? Custom made ?

The shirt and belt is the old medicom jack sparrow. I upgraded to the HT DX so I used the parts. Fezzik is using Jack's boots. The vest is from some Ken figure I found while searching through ebay with the words 1/6 and vest.
