I've put a lot of work since 2010 into a 1/6 1990 Movie Shredder from the TMNT Flick with the Henson Turtles. Something that has been a challenge is finding a good template to work with to make his cape. General templates or advice is welcomed - nothing needs to be exact. I can be crafty and adjust as needed but a starting point would be really helpful for me at this point in time.
