Sorry to diverge from the debate on the pros and cons of the various series and focus on the actual EXO-6 figures. I'm looking to get some accessories to represent the TOS figures from some of my favorite episodes-Roman swords from "Bread and Circuses", western gunbelts for "Spectre of the Gun"...

I may be one of the few people who do not have any MCU figures in my collection. My only Hot Toys figure I have is the Matrix Neo figure, which is pretty amazing, I must say. My focus is on the EXO-6 ST figures going forward. GO TOS and TNG! Tom

My Data arrived a while ago ( from Exo-6). I ordered Picard from a different vendor and Janeway from Exo-6. I may stick with them going forward.

My data arrived yesterday! I de-boxed him today and posted a few snaps. Mine came in a shipper bag but was not damaged, thank goodness. I'm really happy with the figure and am looking forward to the next figures. Bring on the TOS and TNG figures!

My box-o-Data is still in Shenzen. I'm enjoying seeing actual pictures of the delivered figures, so I'm not too anxious yet. Yet. Glad to see the figure is living up to the hype. Keep posting pictures! Tom

O have one of the Shapeways chairs and you are right, the thin part of the pedestal base is delicate. I filled it with epoxy and a piece of cost hanger wire as a reinforcement. A functional cushion would be nice for those long duty shifts on the bridge.

Here's my TOS captains chair, made from wood and plastic. I finished it just before QMX came out with theirs: Then I got a 3D printer and started (but not finished) a number of things:

A 1/6 transporter pad (6 pads) would be 13 inches in diameter, not including the walls. Maybe the two person one from the "The Trouble with Tribbles" would be a more reasonable size.

This is all my fault. When I was almost finished with my scratch-built TOS captain's chair, QMX announced their version. I just finished 3D printing a TNG captain's chair-now EXO-6 has announced a captain's chair. I guess it's not from the TNG series, so my reasoning is not completely valid...
