I don't wish anything bad on Legacy, but I have no interest to see it and in fact actively intend not to. They already burned me once by not finishing the last story. No way I'm going back to DC movies at this point, unless the word of mouth by actual Superman fans is absolutely 100% glowing...

I'm of the mindset that this is a very new company, and nobody has ever dared to go into Trek this deep. If people stop buying these because they're using Hot Toys or some other vastly experienced player in the industry as their baseline, then Trek dies, and we do another 20 years with no 1/6...

I love the optimism even if I don't share it. The Dukat and Ezri parts I think are probably true, and while I would absolutely jump at the chance to get Weyoun and Martok and Rom and Nog, Vic, and Damar for example (and Sloan!), that's digging pretty deep into the well. Well we already know Garak is in the works (and as much as I love Dukat, I would prefer a Garak if we can only have one of the two), so at this point I'm just being greedy. We know we're getting Garak (yay!), and the Cardassian torso exists so... Dukat too? Please? :)

Yeah, I have to agree on that point. The statue as a stand alone piece is a fine bit of retro pinup - but as a Cover Girls statue it's horrible, given the precedent. It's somewhat disturbing that DC didn't realize that, and utterly ignored the guy that's making them all this money by choosing...

I have a question. These are marketed as 'limited' and #/5000... so does that mean the new re-mints of older statues (for example, recent re-runs of WW and Zatanna) are part of the 5000? Or are they now suddenly 'unlimited?' Seems you can't call something 'limited' if it's 'mint-on-demand.' :)

Little off topic here, but... does anybody else like Huntress? They keep talking about Ivy being a 'companion piece' to Harley, but dangit... I want my Birds of Prey duo with Canary and Huntress side by side! (Besides, it's not like I'm asking for Lady Blackhawk... yet :)) So does anybody know...

So I'm new to the DC statues thing... but how can they call these 'limited/of 5000' when they just ran another batch of both WW and Zatanna? Isn't that the definition of 'print on demand?'
