About the T visor being too wide around the eyes... so what's the general feeling about it? It seems to me that is not that bad but I might be wrong...

Happened to me approximately 2 seconds after unboxing my Sandtrooper. This is the kind of details that is really irritating!! This spoils the joy of discovering a newly bought figure, really! How can't Hot Toys see that such a weak strap system will inevitably fail ??!!!

Not too sure Rogue One Vader will look like ANH Vader. I wonder if they will go back to rough design and everything when they can make him look more polished and modern.... since we all know 99.99% of world population doesn't even know that the costumes are different one movie to another.

Trengence, it looks like the HT helmet is too big/wide and the PF helmet dome is way too curved/high ... I guess the perfect helmet would be a mix of the two =/ Please could you give is a quick feedback about the pros/cons of each one ? I tend to think HT is superior on almost every aspect but...

No, I agree... the weathering should appear more metallic and this is one of my main complains about the figure so far... it does not look as good as on the prototype pics :(
