Looks good. Hopefully the end product ends up being better than soemthing we see from swtoys. I can now finally finish my movie Wesker custom.

I need to get it. My hot toys wesker coat is just peeling like no tomorrow.

As with all present toys I've seen reviews of, the heads will 100% be garbage, worthy of only a trash bin. But the shirt and coat my the hot toys version is just...dead
It's still in one piece, but any movement and stuff starts falling off. So I'm definitely getting this because I love this version of Wesker and need the clothes (and the guns would be nice, I broke the shotgun and the pistol holster many years ago).

I really haven't had any problems with my 2 present toys. I have Nucky and Tony soprano. In hand the sculpts are pretty good especially for the price.

Wow they really set up as a Company that makes what HotToys Made before....

Wesker looks decent, no other option really so I'm kinda glad someone is doing it lol.

Rather have a new Wesker even tho Ht made that version already but it’ll be nice to update the clothing. Just happy it’s not another Jill, Claire or Ada especially from the current remakes. Let’s see some other male characters or from the older games.

Interested to see how he looks without the coat, my preferred look and I always hated how his chest jutted out on the OG.

Not sure if I'm in on this yet, Wesker is my favorite villain but I don't like RE5.

They could’ve at least done Remake4 Wesker to start off…. I don’t mind that Wesker especially with people wanting to update their flaking HT jacket but seriously I’m glad it wasn’t another remake3 Jill or Ada. Lol

If Present Toys was smart, they would capitalize on people who already own the Hot Toys figure and sell the clothing set separately as another option for this release. Get ahead of the resellers who will just part out the clothes anyway. It also makes it easier for those of us who already own this version of Wesker.

It would be good a 4 Remake version.

more detailed but i feel the HT had more accurate look, maybe because it was a less detailed 3D character.

i wonder if the suits would last.

apart from the head and base, what else would you keep the original HT version?

everything else seems better on this set.

the ht body is also outdated and outfit might be too big. might as well buy the set and use the ht head and base.

I would literally only update the outfit, to keep it in line with the RE4 Ada that Hot Toys made.

Got into 1:18 scale RE figures since storage space is getting tight lol. This is the BorisPing Jill with custom accessories. The Claire they made is decent, but her eye paint is pretty off.

Also got some pricy custom figures from eBay. Remake Jill, Carlos, Claire, Leon, and HUNK (Still waiting on Village Chris to arrive.) Added the white shirts to Claire and Jill as they weren't included and looked too cleavage-y without it.


They did Carlos dirty. Too small plus he has a shrunken head. Shame cause it actually has nice paint apps. Thought it would be my favorite one, but it's actually the worst one of the bunch. Guess a Cold, Cruel, Carlos-less world wouldn't be so bad after all.

Overall not bad figures, just pricy AF. Jill looks and poses the best, and Leon while not as good looking is probably the most fun to toy with in general. Claire's head is too small and she looks like some washed up onlyf@ns girl. HUNK feels OK, and Carlos is just disappointing.

In order from best to worst:
1. Jill
2. Leon
3. Claire/HUNK (It's a tie imo)
5. Carlos
