1/6 XT001 Henry Cavill Superman Head with rooted hair

I found these heads in AliExpress and was quite intrigued:

I am sure they are probably KOs but I thought it was nice that someone was trying hair on a male figure and saw a YouTube video of their Joaquin Phoenix Joker head that looked decent.

I ended up ordering this one below. If I am lucky, it could be a nice companion piece to the InArt Bruce Wayne head, but won't be surprised if it looks awful when it arrives to me.

Wow, that looks pretty cool! Although the face looks a bit wet and sweaty. In my opinion, a flatter skin tone would look maybe a bit better.

That's an amazing effort, and it looks really cool, but there is something vaguely, I don't know, maybe sickly about it. Hopefully that's a symptom of bad lighting, as this has the potential to look incredible.

I thought the sweaty look gave it a little realism bit I'll see how it looks in person. If it is too much, I can always remedy it with dullcote

I received my Superman head today and tried him out on the BvS Superman.

While I purchased the one with the messed up hair, each one is manually done so the hair is a little different.
That being said I think the hair application is amazing.

Now for the critical part: The worst part of this head is that the skin tone is lighter than the Hot Toys body. At first I thought the head was slightly larger than the Hot Toys BvS head but I think that was just an illusion caused by the hair and they now look similar in size. This results in his neck looking long but I thought it was long with the original head as well.
While the paint is not bad it does look a little flat next to the Hot Toys head. The sheen shows up more in photos than in real life. If I had money to burn this head would look amazing with a repaint but I'll just wait to see what Inart does with their Superman.

Overall if you can past the color difference between the head and neck, it's a great sculpt with great hair. The more I look at it, the more it is growing on me.
