Mailed them 3 times now. Filed a claim on the tenth and followed up on the claim the 14th and the 16th. This is their last email in response;

Anyone tried getting replacement arms via SSC? All my arms have white fingerprints on them, as does the helmet. :( I've asked for a replacement about a week ago, but they still have to let me know if it'll be possible or not... Seriously sucks. EDIT: Seen several members get a replacement for...

I've asked if it could be possible to add an EX hand holding a Mother Box or the Omega beam eyes. Rather unprobable was their reaction in short.

Canceled as in, didn't order, waitlist cancelled or screw the NRD canelled? (Trying to figure out my chances on the WL :p )

Was dining with the parents-in-law. Noticed it was up, went to the toilet, ordered in a frenzy. Ordered the REG, freaked out, joined the WL. Canceled REG... Got on the WL pretty late, so I'm guessing this is going to be a no for me.

Thinking about getting this one together with the Venom they're about to release. Don't think Anti-Venom will be taken up by anyone else soon. That price though...

I'm betting it 'll be around 3000-4000 pieces though. They've managed to get distribution in both Europe and the US, which will significantly increase sales. That and Vader's new found popularity due to Rogue One, they'd be stupid not to increase numbers, fitting the demand.
