I had a similar splotch on my R2-D2 and was given that line and couldn't get an exchange. They offered a refund by shipping it back or a $20 credit on my next order. Better than nothing, but not happy about it.
Jesse Pinkman figure revealed at Toy Fair set to come out this summer. Good to see that they sculpted a new body instead of just reusing the Walt hazmat body yet again. Maybe we'll get 2 or 3 points of articulation this time too. Lots of disappointing half measures by Mezco with this line, but...
No loose joints on mine. In fact, the shoulder sockets are too tight on mine. I have to be careful when i move them to avoid snapping them from too much pressure. I tried loosening the screws, but those screws are really in there.

Used Rory's tips and ironed out the creases I had on the overcoat. Not too bad - just had to take my time. I used a pretty low heat setting and it was enough to get what I wanted. The tricky part is getting everything aligned while avoiding direct contact with the coat fabric and plastic...

Sgt Calhoun is available at disneystore.com, but at $99.50

Nice looking Ralph also at Disney Store for a more reasonable price...
A bit of an emotional rollercoaster following the progression of posted pictures of this Spidey figure.
Initial official Hot Toys pictures: Hmmm. Well OK then.
Hot Toys Anniversary Event display pictures: Lookin good!
Initial in-hand pictures: Ehh?
Better in-hand pictures: Ooooh. Much better...
Fantastic work. The production paint on the Up figures fell short of the Hot Toys standard, especially the Russell figure. Your Carl looks like it popped right off the screen.
