^^The smartest man I ever met happened to love my hair. My old boss, T. Brooks Ellis, the director of the Human Genome Project. He said my hair made me look like, and I quote, "a fun guy", which I am. -Eugene Porter:lecture
You should have questioned it. In Michigan, stores have to honor the tag/shelf price even if pricing was an egregious error on an employees part. It's state law.
Cool variant. No doubt retailers influence.... They must have frequent main character releases you know! I have feeling we're gonna see a Rick, Michonne, or Daryl in every other TV wave from now on!
I gotta call ******** on that poll. By allowing everyone to vote as many times as they liked, on a poll that was very difficult for non-collectors to find no less, certainly skewed the numbers to an unnatural outcome. Hell, in thirty minutes yesterday I alone increased Lori’s poll numbers three...
Nice find on that Series 6 Daryl!! I love that we often have no idea what's coming until we see it on the shelf.
Just a heads up, my local Walgreens put their Walking Dead figures on sale for $9.99. Not sure if this is nationwide but it might be worth a look. It's alresdy helped my store move...
Ugh. EE lists Wave 6 as well as 12" Rick as being pushed back to January release. I wonder what the deal is with this batch? Four months seems excessive.
I detest that McFarlane can't see fit to pump more figures out, given the incredible popularity of the series. I am practically begging McFarlane to take my money for as many figures they can produce and still, only 6 to 10 figures every 10 to 16 months. I believe that is the textbook definition...
Thanks for posting the pics BrandonBgreezy!!! The figures look pretty darn good and I really, really dig the S4.5 cardback art!
Bummer that Entertainment Earth lists this October release as being pushed back to December now.
While it didn't go where I felt it should go, and it did not end how I would have liked it to end, I thought it was a solid conclusion nonetheless. I would have liked to have seen another book fill the two year gap. Perhaps the TV show adaptation will fill that void, and/or change things up a bit?
My finances will be happy for the delay! :) I feel like Walgreens will not get them first since they are currently receiving the three Flashback Figures, but I could be wrong.
A greed. But I'm not sure that the scope isn't coming awefully close to "resting" on his shoulders (we won't get into the physics of why a real hunter would never do that btw [anyone who's ever sighted a scope will understand]).
Agreed! For the scale, $32-$38 seems very reasonable. When compared to $15 for a 6" figure or $120 for a 12" figure, the 10" line seems to offer more bang for the buck imho.
