Adam's hair was styled differently in TFA, not a lot, but it was. It had more volume and curl, I'd say.

Brilliant headsculpt! The slight asymmetry/crookedness adds to the realism of the sculpt. Though the body proportions looks sort of iffy, around the arm and leg areas especially.

For me the head just doesn't look right with the TFA outfit, except maybe with the hood up. The hair is way too flat compared to how it looked in the first movie.

The point made about Kylo’s hair change makes me wish something else had happened to him physically in Episode VIII. He was scarred in episode VII. If he’d been maimed or somehow lost his hair in Episode VIII, we would see a more battle-hardened Kylo in Episode IX, maybe even a new mask to cover up more scars. Who knows what they’ll end up doing for his look. I’ll probably end up liking his look anyway.

Agreed. But I suppose it’s all one has available for the most part if you want a decent unhelmeted TFA version.

Those guards are a joke, do not look "star wars" at all.

Not sure I like this look for kylo either. He looks like a hipster swashbuckler from medieval times.
