By the way, I haven't seen pictures or videos of Shades (in hand) yet. Been looking in all the right places, or so I believe, which makes me think those who bought at SDCC are flipping.

Got conversion even after a late wait list from 2 days ago. Unreal so happy! I just like the look but definitely don't have the kind of $$$ to pay the scalper prices on ebay. Thank you sideshow!

I agree, and that art is quite nice looking.

I'm especially excited to display this figure with sneaky.. the two most military looking armors. Plus, it'll be nice to add a bit more green into the collection.

I hope jack gets released soon, I wonder if it'll be the next exclusive. I also hope they reveal nightclub and hammerhead, then they'll have everything they need (basically) to give us the rest.

I'm sort of surprised we haven't seen hammerhead and nightclub yet, especially nightclub since tony actually wore that suit. Now that they've shown their ability to add more lights (46), hopefully nightclub won't be too far off.

Thank you mikericm! Only saw 2 pictures but the first one is pretty funny. I really want to see Shades lit up, mostly the chest RT because it looked great on both Shotgun figure and mini bust but Shades chest RT on mini bust looks a bit too bright. Hopefully, the light will be more subdued on the figure since the same set of batteries also light up the rear thrusters.

Talked with a local comic store that sells Hot Toys figures (for the same price as Sideshow) and he said he never even heard of this figure being announced and that he doubts they'll ever get it.

Not quite right due to certain mobility restrictions, but here's the obligatory attempt

Overall, I like this, although it doers have some articulation issues; mainly the head due to the high collar, but also the hipflaps aren't quite as forgiving as some other suits. Anyone who has Shotgun will already know this, though

#73 in the fold. I really enjoy the ratchet joints on this piece and the box is quite lovely. The techno camo pixelation goes well on the armor with the sleek cuts and hard lines of the suit. Could probably used a little more painted surfaces though. Almost like it is transforming camo for the suit.

Lol those are just preorders. Mark 5 & 6 diecast, then Shades and Blue Steel, which I got a while back. I started collecting too late, so I had some catching up to do outside of SS.

Otherwise I buy from authorized resellers on eBay to save a few bucks when I can. Started collecting this Christmas, up to... 27 iron man figures (counting the ones I mentioned above plus Hulkbuster).

It's an addiction...
