This is interesting. Hopefully this isn't just a misinformation campaign and we see all of these creatures in the actual film.

Man this is cool, maybe this will be more cosmic horror than I thought
Those x rays with eyes are freaking me out so much
The CGI will ruin this....mainly because the best Alien, the ones we like the most, are puppets and suit actors.....
Just seeing the alien jump around ....seeming defying gravity will look odd to our eyes not accustomed to that type of movement from it....
It part of the reason Alien 3 looked so bad....on top of the new cgi techniqe....we just didn't have a frame of reference for it moving that way. So of like a cat walking from the floor to the wall to the ceiling and then flying across the room.

It's what I liked about the Dog Alien. We never saw an Alien with that kind of speed before and it added to that particular creature. But now all Aliens move like that, which doesn't make sense because the Dog Alien came out of a dog, adopting its characteristics. It made sense.
alien resurrection gave me my favorite alien movement which was the alien swimming. i love the swimming aliens. my favorite alien scene of all time. i love when it jumped from inside the water into the stairs

I had the almost the same reaction than when I saw Event Horizon; everybody was "omg best cosmic horror" nah son, just dumb gore and ****** sci-fi. What a terribly overrated movie... This is at least better than Event Horizon in many ways but similar concept.
With expectations in check you can enjoy this B movie horror.
Im starting to think Alien is the closest we ever got to good cosmic horror.

Yeah I never got the excitement over Event Horizon .......5/10.
Typical schlock horror from middle to end....
I think From Beyond was a better alternate dimension horror film.
