As i can see them skipping Krennic and Tarkin, i'm having a hard time figuring out why they would not release a Cassian. He's front and center, the first hero appearing in RO and Jyn's partner for most of the movie. It would be a terrible let down if HT were to not release him. Besides, they'd have an easy exclusive poping the HS on a Imperial uniform for any convention/event taking place next year.

I imagine Hot Toys is tallying the number of preorders thus far to determine whether or not to move forward with the line. Baze has already been produced as a prototype, but that doesn't guarantee we'll see him go up for preorder.

This is probably the most realistic explanation for what's going on with Cassian. They probably underestimated how popular he was going to be, and as such, are going to judge the sales on Jyn, Chirruit and Baze before they move forward with him. The problem is, Baze is probably the least popular of the five heroes of the movie.

The ****** part is, while I'm definitely getting Jyn, I'm waiting to see if Cassian gets announced before I go ahead with Chirruit (I have no idea if I'm spelling his name right) and K-2SO. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way, and it's going to skew the whole process.

I'm not going to lie, after seeing the film, the only figure I want (besides Tarkin) is this guy :
Admiral Raddus, another in a looong line of characters that have zero hope of getting a figure.

Raddus would be great. However there hasn't even been an Ackbar.
I also thought Moroff would be great, but the character had about a second of screen time.

Pretty sure it is. His was the flagship, if I remember right, that's the ship that get's boarded. So Raddus most likely gets executed after saving the day lol.
Or got taken to an Imperial work camp, only to be later rescued by a group of brave Rebels :D and then they broke out, commandeered an impounded Rebel ship and joined the fleet attacking the Death Star in ROTJ :p Which he also survived and then retired to Mon Cala where he married his long lost love and they had 8 beautiful Mon Calamari babies :lol

Any reason Sideshow can't make Raddus? I mean I'll take what I can get.

I believe the flagship was the one ship from the Rebel fleet that didn't make it out. A good number of Rebels made it out onto Tantive IV, but we know how that ended.

I'm led to believe that most of the Rebels that didn't get off the flagship were either executed or taken prisoner aboard the Death Star, so no matter what, Raddus and the other survivors would have been killed.

I smell a prequel sequel prequel!
