Bbts is probably buying them for around full retail imported....Then doubling the price.

Problem is... even japanese sites like hlj cant get tamashii exclusives.

That's not Bandai. The MSRP is the same as the other Tamashii exclusives, it's BBTS marking these up like insane people. Hopefully it's a mistake, or that they hear from enough people to come to their senses. I think I'm just going to go ahead and order from nippon-yasan.com or anime-export.com.

My quote was referencing that BBTS had the Exclusive Sandtrooper and Royal Guard priced at $90 and then all of the sudden they price the Drummer Exclusive at $135. That doesn't have anything to do with the Bandai Exclusive conversation. Bandai put the 1st two as exclusives, but bbts didn't price gouge them, so what gives??

On a separate note, yes I wish Bandai wouldn't have made any of these Tamashii Exclusives in the first place so we could get the discount prices. I'd much rather pay $60-$70 USD shipped per figure than closer to $100 and I'm sure not willing to shell out $135+shipping at BBTS.

Great post Christmas surprise as Boba turned up this morning. This line is bringing so much quality and attention to the details at that scale. I cannot find a single flaw in paint application. So impressed.

I can honestly say that when i first saw these i was impressed but i wasn't completely sold on them. The detail just wasn't captured for the size and price. At least thats what i assumed. Any photos of these figures truly do not do it justice. The second i got a chance to see these on display i fell in love with these. Now i'm not quite as invested as some of you are. Ive limited my self to only one or two each. But Im not sure weither or not to purchase both Vaders. Ive already ordered the death star variant.

What are your thoughts? Should i by both Vaders? Does anyone have any comparison photos?

it s your choice but for me vador is not as good the others ( for me it s the cape who made this more like a toy ) , my preference is boba in first , trooper in second and vader last

@Gearhart21 - I think one Vader will do and best option for availability is the Death Star armor since it was recently released this month, you can probably find the first version if you like it better on ebay. I personally don't like having two versions of a main character so I only have the first version of Vader.

Thanks guys, I actually have one trooper and Death star vader and Boba Fett on the way. Im really excited to see them in person. I have a large collection of Figuarts but looking forward to having all of them together is there designated displays.
