It is the angry-expression head.

It has the sculpted open mouth.
If it's painted white, you'll have the teeth, like Robin's smile.
If it's painted black, you'll have a open mouth.

The head is new, you can tell by the different jaw line, chin and longer ears.

If you go to the second picture on the auction you linked, and zoom in on Bats, you'll see that his teeth are painted white. Not that it's a big deal. Many of us will have this in hand tomorrow...

Yes but that second picture is the official DCC image and not the final product. Looks like we will have two different versions unintentionally available

Picking mine up on Friday if the mouth is painted on mine I will keep it and sell the first release version. If it isn't painted I will sell that one instead.

Yeah. I'm going to my LCS tomorrow to pick this set up. They usually get a few of each figure, including box sets like Roxy. I sure hope I find one with a painted mouth.

So has anyone else had an issue w/ the Bane figure? I took mine out of the plastic and the right knee just crumbled.

I emailed DCC w/ pics to let them be aware there might still be a plastic issue going on. I hope they are able to replace him for me as well. The only other issue i've had w/ this line is the TNBA Batman from the original release.

My TAS Batman's leg snapped off first time I moved it to put him in the Batmobile. Emailed DCC weeks ago, no response. Its the same **** plastic.
