Stopped by Super Target on a whim today just to see what they had. Not only did they have all 4 of the comic book turtles, but they were marked down to $8.89 each AND they were buy one get one 50% off. $28 grand total! Mikey's card was a little bent up, but they're going to be opened anyway, so HUZZAH!

I really do like these figs. the base green color is terrible but I like the look. I painted up a Mikey to give him better shading. I bought the new comic turtles at TRU and they come with different packaging and a 1st issue comic book.

The Revoltechs aren't bad. But I just think they are highly odd in articulation (like most revoltechs joints). I'm going to sell mine soon.

Super stylized...I'm tempted but I already have the NECA Turtles, which I think are the ultimate versions...the Revoltechs look fun, though. Tough call since I've pretty much sold off all 1/12 in favour of 1/6 but some of the Japanese companies are making product that gets my attention...

I only have the Raphael Revoltech but I really like it. I don't even really see the odd joints anymore and the poses you can create because of them are awesome. Just wish the price was lower on them--I would have bought the set if they were cheaper.

I agree that NECA did us all a solid with their figures. I own 3.25 sets:horror

Yeah the joints aren't visually bugging me but the amount of struggle it can take to work with them. I guess I like figuarts joints better. But Yeah I think Leo and Michelangelo have been sold out everywhere for a few weeks now. Raph and Don will be soon to follow I imagine. This will drive up prices for sure.

Have we heard any news on any companys doing the new movie versions in 1/6 ?

I think there was talk at this year's con about ThreeZero possibly doing some form of 1/6 scale turtles. Mondo is going to do the original turtle and had a proto at the con. I'd be happier with the 1990 movie turtles in 1/6 scale.

THIS. I just watched the 1990 movie again a couple of days ago and would LOVE for a 1/6 scale set of turtles. Heck, make a Shredder, Tatsu, Casey, April, and even Tokka And Rahzar from TMNT II and I'll buy them ALL.

Well done 1/6 would be great. If I had to pick...old school Mirage designs, although I'd probably spring for the 1990 movie turtles.
