I just beat Ground Zeroes on PS4 and I have to say it's MILES better than the PS3 version. The game feels more stable and the aiming is better thanks to the resolution and framerate. If anyone remembers me complaining about the PS3 version sounding like an MP3, the current gen sounds just the way iit should, with deep bass and proper mix and a wide soundstage.

I just want to make a PSA and say that avoid the last gen version if you can. Unlike say, The Last of Us that was clearly designed for last gen but received a current gen upgrade, Ground Zeroes feels barely tolerable on PS3- with poor sound quality, sluggish response time and fluctuating framerate. Current gen and PC is the way to go.

I wonder if the PC version of Phantom Pain will be released with the console versions. I also wonder if Ground Zeroes is going to have any extras and what price it will be, because paying for a demo is bad but paying for a demo more than half a year old is worse

Oh c'mon man, I was doing such a good job resisting buying it on the PS4... :lol

It’s currently the best game on PS4, thats either a testament to how good the game plays, or how bad current gen is right now :lol

I would blame it on the lack of games but the last 5 hyped up AAA games have all been lackluster, Alien Isolation, Destiny, Watch Dogs, Infamous Second Son, Killzone etc…

Theres just no more creativity and heart injected into these games this gen, so far. Other than Uncharted, Arkham Knight, and The Phantom Pain, I really don’t know what to look forward too.

It's that games are beginning to be more and more generic, pandering to the casual audience, Killzone used to have such a different look and sound, not to mention gameplay, and they turned it into Battlefield-esque crap.

Killzone 2 was fantastic, that game alone makes me regret selling my ps3, I know Arkham and MGS are bound to get re-releases for the ps4, but I doubt Killzone 1&2 ever will.

I haven't played second son.

I hope AK, and Uncharted don't go down that rute, doesn't seem like it.

I've heard great things about Isolation, I'm staying away from that thread to avoid spoilers.

I haven’t played but I watched most of it through walkthroughs, I think people are just happy the game didn’t turn out like CM.

I already know Arkham Knight, Uncharted, and TPP are going to be awesome, I’m not worried about those games, but right now, I’ll be satisfied if I can find one great PS4 game this year.

I haven’t played any of its spiritual predecessors, so I have no clue whether Bloodborne will be good or not, but I’ll probably buy it :lol

I’m not familiar with Korra.

Actually I thought Killzone 2 ruined the franchise... sure it was good, but the characters were horrible. Killzone 1 had an awesome leader, a kickass ninja chick, an ex- helghast General and an awesome story where you race against time to save the earth from a tyrannical turncoat and an invading Helghast fleet

Then in 2 it became an all male typical jarhead marine crew... your basic military generic shooter where you kill the bad guys and nothing really happens
