They've always removed it when questioned. I don't pay the invoice until they do.

I spoke to them on the phone about it, while updating Debit Card info, and they told me to email 'invhelp'.
They replied yesterday saying it was correct
Might scan a few old invoices and send them in response.
Knowing my luck they'll say I owe hundreds in missed duty

Im waiting on an email back from invhelp as we speak due to them declaring full value when I used all my points. Waste of time but I live in hope.

They disregard any discounts and always declare, and add V.A.T, the full value.
Paying V.A.T on shipping is a kick in the nuts aswell!

Duty & VAT are not same.
VAT is added to every purchase, regardless of it's cost, and is usually a set percentage that's added. Duty is the tax you pay on imported goods - It's starts at certain threshold value of item, and the % will vary, depending on the goods category.
That is why many buyers ask to declare a lower value when item is shipped to them.
Here in the US we have something similar to VAT. We just call it 'Tax'. It varies from State to State, and some types of items don't have it added to the cost.

I have not seen "less than" warning on the item pages for a while now, maybe they stopped doing that?

I got an email about an Exclusive still being in stock and they wanted to know if I want it or not. They only emailed a small amount of people who cancelled there wait list but I guess I was at the top. Not sure what I should do.
