SO this figure is not the disaster we thought it would be. It is sold out on SS!

Well disaster is the wrong word but we did see massive pre-order cancellations in Asia and dumping on to ebay with really cheap prices as sellers rushed to unload stock.

I won't complain...it was because of that I bought it :)

same here saved a good $65 on this

Are people expecting this to spike anytime soon? I'm on the fence but quickly feeling the need to jump off. I don't follow Hot Toys in general so I don't know if their figures typically sell out and then skyrocket.

finally broke down and bought this this morning 210.00 shipped if by some chance i dont like him i'll just sell him

I thought I was getting a deal when I saw it listed for $233 shipped from China over a week ago. If I'd known about this deal before it sold out, I would have bought another.

Just want to share my haul, and thanks for all those pics. I almost missed a great one.

No paint touch up, out of the box just switch the hair put on the hat, switch to gloved hands and put on the accessories. My first DX and very happy with the purchase.

define 'spike'
It won't skyrocket and become a 'grail figure' that gets $400 on ebay.
But prices are already rising from the dirt cheap below retail level they were on ebay a couple of weeks ago and prices will continue to rise.

Quick question.... How are you guys removing the Guy-Liner? What are you using? Are you removing the PRS system before you perform this? Any advice will help. Thanks

Congrats again bro Archie! :hi5:

Inevitably the price on this is going to go up until they release a new version. It is still the best Indy figure ever made regardless.

So if there is any variances, which one came from where. Are the SS orders the newer stuff with less paint we're seeing?
