I'll probably not have him on the base anyway cos it'll look better without him.

Might only be 1 little hole cos there are loads of SS stuff with only 1 foot peg. Guess we'll have to see how it looks, if it looks weird i'll put him on the base.

EDIT: post 435 shows 1 peg and only a small hole on the base so it should look ok.

the boots in Pitu's vid looks the same-but the Quaritch is the same as the 3d scan I posted in one of the AMP threads a while back. They basically took the 3D model they had and created it, the feet looked the same in the 3D Model.


For as many delays as this thing has had, it should be pretty sweet and hopefully not disappoint. I cant believe I pre-ordered this thing over a year ago and am still months away from getting it!

Yeah, I have never looked more forward to a piece I dont think. I have never waited this long either. Does anyone know how many times this has been delayed lol?

Well i loved the film and the AMP looked awesome in the film so i just love everything about this maquette.

I'm going to try and get anything SSC do from Avatar. What do you like most about it?

There arent many mechs of this detail made, the base looks like it has metal too which would be cool. I just love the amp suit design so thats primarily my reason. I wish it was a tad bigger like earlier announced but i think it will be just large enough. I also wouldnt mind it being more limited but 500 is not bad. The price was a bit difficult to swallow at first.

I preordered it the night it went up in the newsletter, then i cancelled because i didnt think i would be able to do it. Then 3 months later i reordered and used my points (later found out not the wisest move cuz i would have racked up a ton of points) but with flex its pretty much already paid off now.
