Downeys performance was pretty good IMO i mean, while watching could you honestly picture the same guy who played Tony Stark under there? Some will say yes. to me though i lost him in the role much the same way i lost Ledger in the Joker. also Downey makes a joke in the movie saying "man i dont drop character till i dun the dvd commentary". Then on the actual DVD he plays the character in the commentary. now thats dedication!

I still think ledger will win though, as he should.

All fantastic. Cable Guy is extreamly well made, Zoolander is hilarious, Tropic Thunder is very beautiful to watch....

I would never watch Zoolander, from what I remember from the trailers, I thought Ben Stiler tries to act like Austin Powers. But I thought Stiller was ok in Night at the Museum and meet the Parents didn't bother me.

I love the movie to death, my favorite comedy of the year. But seriously...think about it. If TT can get a nom, then TDK can EASILY get one. Nothing to do with death at all.

Aside from Zoolander...he pretty much DOES play the same guy....he's awesome, and I enjoy his flicks...but he plays the same dude in every movie....

But those are...to me, his worst.

Zoolander, Tropic Thunder, Tenacious D, and Dodgeball are his abosolute best, and allows him to actually PLAY a character.
