I have every faith InArt will smash this out of the park when it goes up for order but you have to ask ‘why bother’?

Unless it’s a clever play to make the revised reveals even more impressive.

Looks like a very rushed prototype same goes for the other new figures as well other than Joaquin Joker. Not a good look for InArt...unless they're doing this to intentionally play with people's expectation then give an amazing prototype for pre-order announcement like Aragon. Hopefully that's the case.

They literally do this every time. Why are people surprised? Their initial prototypes are usually rough with improvements shown later.

That's cool and all but do they really want to keep doing that? The other revealed prototypes of Dumbledore and so forth look amazing.

What difference does it make? Hot Toys sometimes does the same thing. It’s really not a big deal.

Prototypes go through multiple iterations. It’s not a new thing.

Then don’t buy it? You’re not being held at gunpoint. Simple. But they’ve shown already they’re happy taking feedback on board and willing to make improvements.

People constantly complain that Hot Toys isn’t open with their community and lacks community yet when InArt is open and puts something out there whilst accepting feedback from the community everyone complains about that too?

Do we want more transparency or not? I don’t get it.

Clark's neck is thicker than Superman's. Maybe it's screen test Superman...it needs the sweaty armpits though.

Very much how I feel. I see people saying they'd rather InArt hadn't shown anything. Why? Imagine they'd done that and it went up for pre-order like this. Yes it would be improved in production but still, the earlier any issues are flagged up the better.

We know a Reeve Superman and Clark two pack is coming. That in itself is awesome.
Suit material, colour and stitched in emblem look really good.
The bases and accessories are really nice.
Two capes and switch out flight boots should allow cool flying poses.

Issues like the boots being too dark, trunks the wrong shape etc should be an easy fix once they look at the feedback.

The one big downside is that sculpt. I wouldn't know where to start suggesting improvements. Think they need to write that off and just start again. Maybe they already have and it's just a very rough placeholder for this event.

Yeah the head sculpt is uh...something else. Look I'm not even gonna suger coat it, even though i know they're gonna improve it i actually burst out laughing when i first saw the sculpt. It's bad.

The HS will be changed, that's a given, what I'm worried about is the base. The Clark one looks great, but the Fortress looks weird. Silvery blue pieces, clear pieces, the weird vertical piece with the crystals on top, like it's some kind of rostrum. None of it gels together, the HT version worked a lot better.

Yeah wait what the hell is that base?? They need to fix that one too.

I really want this one. Hopefully, they'll work through all the issues and pull it off.

Cavillman looks like pure perfection next to this. Could this be the first Sopermon?

In fact, screw Cavillman, the ETX Penguin looks better!

Weird. Some of the features like the ears, nose, mouth look accurate but all together it looks nothing at all like Reeve.

Neckline needs work and emblem definitely needs to be wider.
