From what I've seen it seems to be despised by a lot of the ST fanbase (those that joined the fanbase in 2015), and appreciated by the Rogue One and Mandalorian fans. Those that fit into the latter category probably have better taste in general, so it stands to reason Solo is an underrated SW film.

Anyway, this is a really nice figure that I could see selling out quickly upon release. These Solo figures could get quite pricey a year or two down the line. I'd be bang up for anything they released from this film, apart from the hideous L3-37, especially Qi'ra, Tobias Beckett, and Enfys Nest.

Oddly enough, Rogue One and the Mandalorian are the ones I like least of the new stuff. Loved Solo and I'm sorely disappointed we won't be getting a sequel.

After the credits rolled for SOLO I was ready for a sequel. I was pleased that Disney did not shoe horn Fett or Jabba into this movie. I kind of wished they kept Rico as I liked him right from the beginning. My only issue with SOLO is that the PQ is dark and muddy as opposed to TLJ which is so clear!!!

It seems by and large that tons of people skipped it in theaters, but most people I've seen talk about watching it at home seem to have enjoyed it.

I was able to get early screening passes for Solo. I loved it. Leaving the theater I thought the movie would do okay. I didn?t think it?d be a massive hit but much more than what it ended up being. Such a shame. Lotta potential. Solo in his early days of working for the Hutts would?ve been cool for part 2

Yeah, really unfortunate in my opinion. I would love to see sequels or something more. There’s a lot that could be done in a sequel. Set up his relationships with Jabba, Boba Fett, Greedo, etc. Plus Maul could have been brought in at some point through Crimson Dawn. Plus you could do more with Lando and Qi’ra.

I enjoyed it and would buy most 1/6 offerings.
Except L3-37. Awful character.

A Qi'ra would be a fantastic addition. As would be that Range Trooper that was teased.

Would be good if somewhere along the line they made a tv series of what happened next. That would have been the best route for the Solo story in the first place.

I'm sure Solo 2 is on their future list. Most probably for Disney+. The story continuation is too good, and I'm sure Disney has determined that despite the boxoffice result (more probably a kickback from TLJ) Solo was generally liked once people saw it.

Perhaps they'll focus more on Qira, Maul, Crimson Dawn and Enfys Nest etc ?? Not sure how they could do a Han, Chewie and Lando story in the same show without any connection between Qira and Han though ??

I guess what's really happening is KK is waiting for the first script. Then they'll get started, then she'll fire everyone, get a new writer and director and delay it until 2025.

It's almost like you have a crystal ball.

Then we end up with what we all wanted... an L3-37 spin-off show :yuck

After watching The Mandalorian, Disney+ feels like the perfect place for the SOLO story to continue. Despite some of the pacing in places (seemed to slow a bit after the Kessel Run scene), I thought the movie was great fun. Would be great if they continue it as an 8 episode series on D+. Looking forward to Ewan's Kenobi series there.

I'd like to see a continuation of the Solo Saga, but please recast Han, ELG-FORD.jpg

With this Guy, Ansel Elgort, I just look and see a young Han, god knows why KK couldnt. baby driver could have been the Solo Movie. And Elgort was perfect. I mean, just look at him.

And For Jesus Christs sake HT, where is my God Damn Solo figure!

I'd say Alden got the essence of Han Solo spot on. Didn't get Harrison Ford right but. Lando was average at best.

I liked Alden too, I was hoping for sequels to see him move more into being scoundrel Han. Elgort looks too baby faced IMO.

If the actor had a deeper voice, no one would complain. It's best he didn't try to emulate Ford. That would have been....bad. I thought he did a good job and deserves another turn at the character.

Solo is a fun movie. Enjoyed all but two things:

** the naming of Han to 'Han Solo' scene. That was seriously cringe.
** Lando's robotic love interest - she was a bit much

Loved the fact we finally see Mimban in the movies, and Maul was a nice surprise.

One of my favorite covers to the SW Books:

Yeah, some moments are a bit too on the nose for my liking is my one complaint. How he gets Solo as his last name, having to show how he gets his blaster, him nicknaming Chewbacca “Chewie”, etc. L3-37 is annoying too, maybe one of my least favorite new Star Wars characters actually.

Interesting rumour, or perhaps more than a rumour ?

I think it makes sense actually. They don't have to show too much young Han (as that's perhaps not the best selling point to those that think Harrison Ford can be the only Han Solo), they can also run a parallel story with Maul & Quira. With Lando mixing it with underground types it could sort of fit together.

I'd be interested myself.

Designwise I liked L3, but this freedom for droids seemed nonsense to me.

The issue of droid freedom has been in Star Wars since its beginning, with the necessity for restraining bolts, and C-3PO's own direct expression of their predicament:
