The leather jacket does look good, as well as a few other accessories like the Boxing Ring Corner diorama and punching bag.
I'm not sure HT will release a Rocky Street Gear, as they never announced it. At least we know they mentioned (and eventually revealed) Robocop, and are following through with their announcement.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this, which is very surprising because for years here collectors have been talking about a Rocky 1 street gear figure, since know one is making one this looks like the best why to make a custom, the jacket looks very accurate, but the hat is terrible imo.
