As much as I want this one, I don't know if I want to pay the crazy shipping due to the weight of the huge base that's planned for it.
Since it's a worldwide license, I think specfictionshop will carry it. If so, I can pick it up from them and avoid the shipping fee. Maybe you could get it from BBTS for fairly reasonable shipping rates?

Seems like specfictionshop and bbts just add the cost of shipping from Singapore to their retail price, so you pay for it anyway.

Using XM's Darkness statue as an example, the retail price in US$ from XM was $1050. Add $400-500 for shipping from Singapore and you get $1450-1550. The price specfictionshop was selling it for was $1599 plus shipping.
Seems odd to me. If that's the case, wholesalers are having their statues shipped express. Why not put them on the slow boat and spend hundreds less per statue? Then they could price them for hundreds less, making them more attractive to potential customers.
