Well obviously Kenmk1. What, they already throw the kitchen sink in the package. But that's not enough. Why don't you guys throw the whole damn Milky Way Galaxy up in the Cap box as well. Im just having a little fun here.

Just in case you didn't know. They are looking at if its possible for them to offer additional packs that a person can choose to buy or not to give the statues more options than what they already have.

So for instance....XM could offer 2 expansion packs. Let's say the first one will give you an unmasked head and a switch our arm to hold a gun. Then the 2nd pack might be an angry shouting cap head and also a switch out arm that shows him pointing instead of just holding his fist out.

I hope they are able to do that. Especially if its a reasonable price for it.

I would assume so, you already paid them why would they give you stuff for free I am guessing this is the "expansion" pack idea someone mentioned.

While expansion pack might seem cool initially, I have mix feelings about it. I think it *MIGHT* eventually lead to bad feelings, feeling the studio is holding back in the initial release in order to get more money from the expansion pack, like video game DLCs. If the addition is small like an extra head, well it should have been in there from the get go. It might be a good idea if it's bigger like 2nd lower body for IM Mk7, or enough extra parts to display 2nd Black Widow (since it already come with 2 bases and 2 upper body, and plenty of weapons), or offer standardize base we can buy, like a circular base with XM logo on it or something.

The thing is if they are doing expansion, all the extra goodies coming with Black Widow will probably be in the expansion pack rather than with the statue itself. I really don't want to buy an expansion pack and have it ship over separately seeing how expensive shipping is. So really, I would prefer everything in 1 package to avoid stuff getting lost, a lot of collectors have a lot of boxes already, I guess they can release the regular and premium package with more extras.

No. They would be sold separately. One of the XM reps has an ask into the company about releasing additional swap out parts. They don't fully know if this will be allowable but it's been discussed as an option potentially in this thread

IMO, to do the expansion packs properly, they would need to just sell you the basic statue with no swap out parts at a much lower price, but we would get the iconic head sculpt as default with the statue.... Then the expansion packs could come with accessories and other head swap outs... That way those who just want to pose him as the Iconic Captain America they can with the standard statue and save some money, then those who like to customize their statues could spend the extra money on additional parts.

But for characters like Wolverine I wouldn't do that... Wolverine it's a must have with COH unmaksed portrait.

Its a nice thought but there's no way this is practical. They're not going to decrease their already guaranteed revenue by taking away parts and selling them separate. I get what your saying though. You don't want pieces that may have been included with the original statue to be held back only to used to help promote whatever expansion pack or extra piece being released. Extra parts Is a great idea but difficult to execute
